Piece Shipments Transport Service Offer

We deliver piece shipments door to door for both individuals and companies. We are able to deliver your parcel up to 2 tons of weight in 24 hours . Our company is a part of the express transportation system of piece shipments called FOFR . Through 7 strong regional partners and 21 shipping centres we are able to arrange fast and efficient transport throughout all the Czech Republic. Our vehicle fleet for parcel shipments delivery includes 20 vans of FORD and FIAT brand which offer 12 – 16 cbm of load space and can carry up to 1.5 ton . Available are also 20 flatbed vehicles of DAF brand. We operate at 3 shipping centres – Uherské Hradiště, Olomouc and Ostrava. 60 experienced drivers look after your shipments delivery to their planned destinations every day. Not only to our drivers are of help our administrative workers who secure the smooth run of the carrier’s company called VPM – TRANS Ltd.

Our company participates in the express transportation system called FOFR. The delivery service FOFR logically complements the market of delivery and pick up services. It concentrates on delivery of oversized shipments, shipments under ADR agreement (transport of dangerous materials) and shipments which require individual treatment, that means exactly those shipments which do not fall into the services of large providers of delivery services.

Services of the system FOFR

Module "F"

Delivery of piece shipments in 24 hours within the Czech Republic.

When the delivery with the hydraulic front is required, the delivery time is extended to 48 hours.

One piece of the shipment up to 50 kg (including):

• Maximum height 2.2 m, including the base or palette
• The sum of the width and length of one piece cannot exceed 4.5 m
• Maximum weight of one piece is 50 kg
• Maximum volume of one piece is 5.0 cbm

One piece of the shipment over 50 kg:

• Maximum height 2.2 m, including the base or pallet
• The sum of the width and length of one piece cannot exceed 3 m
• Maximum weight of one piece is 1,500 kg
• Maximum weight when the use of the end gate is required is 700 kg
• Maximum volume of one piece is 5.0 cbm

The whole shipment:

• Maximum weight of the whole shipment is 2,000 kg
• Maximum volume of the whole shipment is 10 cbm

The shipment in “F” module can contain maximum 10 pieces. In case of palletted goods it is maximum 5 pallets limited by the parameters for the “Whole Shipment”.

Module "N"

One piece of shipment:

• Maximum length of one piece of the shipment is 6 m, the consignee’s assistance during unloading is required with one piece length exceeding 3 m
• Maximum weight of one piece of the shipment is 600 kg, the consignee’s assistance during unloading is required with the weight exceeding 30 kg
• Maximum volume of one piece of the shipment is 0.25 cbm

The whole shipment:

• Maximum weight of the shipment is 1800kg
• Maximum volume of the shipment is 8 cbm. For oversized shipments, the ordering party is obliged to make such a shipment suitable for manipulation (holds, fastenings, base logs, pallets, etc.). Omission of this obligation may result in refusal of the shipment for FOFR system transport. 

The shipment in this shipping mode can contain maximum of 3 pieces and is limited by parameters for the Whole shipment.

Module "B"

Parcel service. Delivery in 24 hours.

One piece of the shipment:

• Maximum length of one piece of the shipment is 3 m
• Maximum weight of one piece of the shipment is 50 kg, the consignee’s assistance during unloading is required with the weight exceeding 30 kg
• Maximum volume of one piece of the shipment is 0.25 cbm

It is not possible to transport shipments in this shipping module on pallets or half pallets.

Module "C"

Transport of piece shipments within 72 hours within the Czech Republic.

One piece of the shipment:

• Maximum height of one piece of the shipment is 2.2 m including the base or pallet
• Sum of the width and length of one piece cannot exceed 3 m
• Minimum weight of one piece is 50 kg
• Maximum weight of one piece is 1500 kg
• Maximum weight when the use of the end gate is required is 700 kg
• Maximum volume of one piece is 5.0 cbm

The whole shipment:

• Maximum weight of the shipment is 2,000 kg
• Maximum volume of the shipment is 10 cbm

he shipment in shipping module “C” can contain maximum 10 pcs, in case of palletized goods max. 5 pallets is limited by the parameters for the whole shipment.
